Horseradish Beef Sandwiches

- 3 hamburger buns
- ½ (15-oz) pkg slow-simmered beef roast with au jus
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1½ tsp prepared horseradish
- 3 slices provolone cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place bottom buns in an 11- x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cook beef according to package directions.
- Stir together sour cream and horseradish; spread mixture on buns in dish. Top with juicy beef and cheese; add bun tops. Brush tops with butter. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve au jus with sandwiches, if desired.
