Creamy Garlic-Herb Steak Bites

Ingredients
- 1½ lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook, in two batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a 10- to 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side until well browned. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Cook mushrooms in 2 Tbsp hot oil over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until almost tender, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Add cream and cheese. Cook 2 minutes, stirring until cheese melts.
- Add steak to mushroom sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 2 Tbsp butter, divided
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook mashed potatoes according to package directions. Stir in 1 Tbsp butter. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; toss with 1 Tbsp butter and, if desired, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
