Grilled Teriyaki Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 peeled and cored pineapple, cut into 6 slices
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill pork, covered, 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F, basting occasionally with sauce.
  2. Grill pineapple 2 to 3 minutes per side or until charred. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
  3. Let pork stand 5 minutes, and thinly slice. Serve pork on buns with pineapple and mayonnaise.

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions; toss hot fries with oil.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; sprinkle over hot fries.
