Grilled Teriyaki Pork Sandwiches
Barbecue Waffle FriesIngredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 peeled and cored pineapple, cut into 6 slices
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill pork, covered, 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F, basting occasionally with sauce.
- Grill pineapple 2 to 3 minutes per side or until charred. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
- Let pork stand 5 minutes, and thinly slice. Serve pork on buns with pineapple and mayonnaise.

- 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions; toss hot fries with oil.
- Meanwhile, stir together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; sprinkle over hot fries.
