Meatball Pull-Apart Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 1 (12-count) pkg Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • ½ (3-oz) container garlic, Parmesan, and basil seasoned butter
  • 1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Reheat meatballs according to package directions.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Leave dinner rolls connected, and microwave 30 seconds to soften. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Mash an indentation in center top of each roll, using your thumb or a small spoon.
  3. Spread garlic spread around edges of rolls. Spoon 1 Tbsp pizza sauce into each indentation; top each with a meatball. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
