Flank Steak Tacos

Ingredients
- ¾ lb flank steak
- ½ tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 6 corn tortillas, heated
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat; sprinkle steak with chile pepper and ¼ tsp salt.
- Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness; let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
- Meanwhile, stir together mango, onion, cilantro, lime juice, oil, and ¼ tsp salt.
- Divide steak and mango salsa among tortillas; top with avocado. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
