Ingredients

  • 3 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 3 (7.5-oz) cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1½ cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 18 pitted kalamata olives, sliced
  • ¾ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, chicken, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cheese, olives, and onion in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
