Ingredients
- 3 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 4½ cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 3 (7.5-oz) cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1½ cups grape tomatoes, halved
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 18 pitted kalamata olives, sliced
- ¾ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Combine lettuce, chicken, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cheese, olives, and onion in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing; toss.
