Ingredients

  • 5 lb boneless beef brisket, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1½ cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cola soft drink
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Rub brisket all over with seasoning. Place brisket, fat side up, in a large disposable roasting pan. Top with onions, barbecue sauce, cola, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Cover tightly with foil, and bake 5 to 6 hours or until brisket is very tender. Cool slightly; thinly slice brisket across the grain. Serve brisket and onions on buns; drizzle with cooking liquid.
