Barbecue Beef Brisket Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 5 lb boneless beef brisket, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1½ cups barbecue sauce
- 1 cup cola soft drink
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 10 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Rub brisket all over with seasoning. Place brisket, fat side up, in a large disposable roasting pan. Top with onions, barbecue sauce, cola, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover tightly with foil, and bake 5 to 6 hours or until brisket is very tender. Cool slightly; thinly slice brisket across the grain. Serve brisket and onions on buns; drizzle with cooking liquid.
