Spiked Raspberry Limeade
Ingredients
- 2 pints raspberries
- 1 (750-ml) bottle white wine, chilled
- 1 (12-oz) can frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 (1.25-liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
- Garnishes: fresh raspberries and lime slices
Instructions
- Process berries in a food processor or blender until smooth. Strain into a large pitcher, discarding solids. Add wine, limeade concentrate, and vodka, stirring until blended.
- Chill at least 1 hour or up to 3 days. Stir in ginger ale just before serving over ice. Garnish, if desired.
