Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 7 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 (14-oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp blueberry preserves, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together wafer crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter; press mixture in bottom and up sides of a 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
  2. Whisk together condensed milk, eggs, egg yolks, lemon juice, and sour cream until smooth; pour into crust.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center is set. Cool 1 hour.
  4. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or up to 4 days. Top with blueberries; drizzle with melted preserves.
