Lemon-Blueberry Tart

Ingredients
- 1¾ cups crushed vanilla wafers
- ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 7 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 (14-oz) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 pint blueberries
- 3 Tbsp blueberry preserves, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together wafer crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter; press mixture in bottom and up sides of a 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
- Whisk together condensed milk, eggs, egg yolks, lemon juice, and sour cream until smooth; pour into crust.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center is set. Cool 1 hour.
- Cover and chill at least 4 hours or up to 4 days. Top with blueberries; drizzle with melted preserves.
