Bacon-Wrapped Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon 
  • 4 (3-oz) pkg grissini (thin breadsticks) 
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bacon in half crosswise. Wrap one piece of bacon around each breadstick.
  2. Stir together brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow dish; roll wrapped breadsticks in brown sugar mixture to coat. Place in a single layer on a lightly greased rack over a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Let cool on rack for 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
