Ingredients
- 1 (7-oz) wedge brie cheese
- 2 (1.9-oz) pkg frozen phyllo shells
- ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp raspberry preserves
- 1 pint raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove and discard rind from cheese; cut into ½-inch cubes.
- Place phyllo shells on a rimmed baking sheet. Fill each with 1 cheese cube and 1 tsp preserves. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with raspberries before serving.
