Easy Peanut Butter-Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 (18-oz) boxes brownie mix (see Note)
- 2 large eggs
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (12-oz) pkg semisweet chocolate morsels
- ¾ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare both brownie mixes together according to package directions using eggs and vegetable oil; pour into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool 30 minutes.
- Spread peanut butter over warm brownies; cool completely.
- Place chocolate morsels in a large bowl. Heat cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around edges; pour hot cream over chocolate morsels. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter-topped brownies. Let stand until chocolate is firm before cutting into squares.
