Philly Cheesesteak Mini Meat Loaves
Four-Cheese Rice and Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 oz provolone cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook onion and bell pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Add garlic; cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; cool slightly.
- Add beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, cheese, and eggs to bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 6 small loaves.
- Place loaves on a wire rack set on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until no longer pink in centers.

- 2 (6.4-oz) pkg cream four-cheese rice mix
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cook beans according to package directions. Toss with seasoning and pepper.
