Ingredients
- ½ (12-count) pkg sweet Hawaiian slider buns (or use any slider buns)
- 1 (15-oz) pkg beef roast au jus
- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen pepper and onion blend
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Split 6 slider buns. Place bottom buns close together in a small pan. Toast buns briefly while French fries bake.
- Cook beef roast according to package directions in microwave. Cool slightly; shred roast into chunks.
- Sauté bell peppers and onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat just until tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Stir in beef.
- Stir together mayonnaise and horseradish; spread on cut sides of buns. Assemble sliders with roast, bell peppers and onion, and cheese.
- Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with drippings from beef roast.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (28-oz) pkg frozen steak cut French fries
- Ketchup (optional)
- 1 (10-oz) container watermelon chunks
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
- Serve watermelon on each plate.
