Greek Turkey Burgers
Tzatziki FriesIngredients
- 2 lb ground turkey
- ½ cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (12-oz) container gluten-free tzatziki dip (see Note)
- 6 gluten-free hamburger buns
- 2 cups arugula (or use green leaf lettuce)
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Combine turkey, olives, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl; shape into 6 patties.
- Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
- Spread tzatziki dip on buns. Serve burgers on buns with arugula, tomatoes, onion, and cheese.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen gluten-free French fries
- 1½ tsp dried oregano
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ (12-oz) container gluten-free tzatziki dip
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Toss with oregano while hot.
- Squeeze lemon juice over fries; sprinkle with cheese. Serve with tzatziki dip.
