Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (12-oz) container gluten-free tzatziki dip (see Note)
  • 6 gluten-free hamburger buns
  • 2 cups arugula (or use green leaf lettuce)
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine turkey, olives, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl; shape into 6 patties.
  2. Cook patties in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Spread tzatziki dip on buns. Serve burgers on buns with arugula, tomatoes, onion, and cheese.

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen gluten-free French fries
  • 1½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ (12-oz) container gluten-free tzatziki dip

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions. Toss with oregano while hot.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice over fries; sprinkle with cheese. Serve with tzatziki dip.
