Ingredients
- 6 slices center cut bacon, chopped
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet.
- Cook shrimp in hot drippings 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Add bacon, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute. Serve over Italian Parmesan Polenta recipe.

- ½ tsp salt
- 3 cups yellow cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; add salt.
- Gradually stir in cornmeal; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring often, 12 to 15 minutes or until thickened.
- Remove from heat; stir in oil, cheese, and seasoning.
