Ingredients
- ½ lb flank steak (or use skirt steak)
- 1 small red or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ (8-oz) pkg snow peas
- ⅓ cup kung pao sauce
Instructions
- Cook beef in a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
- Meanwhile, cook bell pepper, mushrooms, and snow peas in another skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until browned and tender.
- Add beef and sauce to skillet with vegetables; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, tossing to coat.
