Oven-Baked French Onion Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 hamburger buns
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (8-oz) block Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring occasionally.
- Place bottom half of buns on a 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with chicken, onions, cheese, and bun tops.
- Combine melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush mixture over bun tops. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until buns tops are golden and cheese melts.

- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetables in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
- Toss vegetables with dressing. Chill or serve warm.
