Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 12 soft taco-size low-carb flour tortillas
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce (½ head)
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  2. Heat or toast tortillas according to package directions.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and Ranch mix, adding water as needed to reach pourable consistency.
  4. Divide chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese among tortillas. Drizzle with Ranch sauce.
