Ingredients

  • 1 (12-count) pkg sweet Hawaiian slider buns (or use any slider buns)
  • 2 (15-oz) pkg beef roast au jus
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen pepper and onion blend
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Split slider buns, if needed. Place bottom buns close together in a 13-x 9-inch pan. Toast buns briefly while French fries bake.
  2. Cook beef roast according to package directions in microwave. Cool slightly; shred roast into chunks.
  3. Sauté bell peppers and onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat just until tender. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Stir in roast.
  4. Stir together mayonnaise and horseradish; spread on cut sides of buns. Assemble sliders with roast, bell peppers and onion, and cheese.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 5 to 10 minutes or just until cheese melts. Serve with drippings from roast.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen steak cut French fries
  • Ketchup (optional)
  • 1 (24-oz) container watermelon chunks

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
  2. Serve watermelon on each plate.
