Turkey and Cauli Rice Taco Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 (1.25-oz) envelope salt-free taco seasoning
- ¾ cup water
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup shredded 75% reduced-fat sharp white Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup refrigerated salsa
- 1 large avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Cook turkey in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Cook 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions. Stir onions into cauliflower rice.
- Arrange lettuce in 4 bowls or containers. Top with cauliflower mixture, turkey mixture, cheese, salsa, and avocado.
