Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 red bell pepper, very thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pitas on a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce on pitas; top with chicken, bell pepper, and cheese.
  2. Bake 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
