Lavender-Gin Lemonade

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 1½ tsp granulated erythritol sugar substitute
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp gin
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tsp lavender syrup
  • Garnish: lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water and sugar substitute in a mixing glass, stirring until dissolved. Cool slightly. Stir in cold water and lemon juice. Chill until ready to use.
  2. Add gin and 1 cup ice to lemonade mixture in mixing glass. Stir 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled. Strain mixture between 2 coupe glasses. Stir 1 tsp lavender syrup into each glass. Garnish, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
