Lavender-Gin Lemonade
Ingredients
- ¼ cup warm water
- 1½ tsp granulated erythritol sugar substitute
- ½ cup cold water
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp gin
- Ice cubes
- 2 tsp lavender syrup
- Garnish: lemon slices
Instructions
- Combine warm water and sugar substitute in a mixing glass, stirring until dissolved. Cool slightly. Stir in cold water and lemon juice. Chill until ready to use.
- Add gin and 1 cup ice to lemonade mixture in mixing glass. Stir 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled. Strain mixture between 2 coupe glasses. Stir 1 tsp lavender syrup into each glass. Garnish, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
