Grape Tomato Spaghetti
Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg whole-grain spaghetti
- ½ (10-oz) pkg frozen veggie crumbles
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- ¼ cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook crumbles and water, covered, in a skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium; stir in tomatoes and garlic. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tomatoes begin to burst.
- Add sauce; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve sauce over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
