Grape Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg whole-grain spaghetti
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg frozen veggie crumbles
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook crumbles and water, covered, in a skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; stir in tomatoes and garlic. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tomatoes begin to burst.
  4. Add sauce; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve sauce over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
