Miniature Brownie Ice Cream Stacks
Ingredients
- 1 (18.3-oz) pkg fudge brownie mix
- 1 (48-oz) container vanilla ice cream, slightly thawed
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Maraschino cherries (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 13- x -9-inch pan with parchment paper, allowing paper to extend over sides. Grease pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions; cool. Using a biscuit cutter or the top of a small drinking glass, cut out 20 baked brownie rounds.
- Top half of brownies each with a small scoop of ice cream; top each with another brownie to make a sandwich. Garnish, if desired.
