Key Lime Pie Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 4 limes
  • 2 (13-oz) cans light coconut milk
  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen (see Note)
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grate zest and squeeze juice from limes. Process all ingredients, in 2 batches if necessary, in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Pour into glasses.
