Ingredients

  • 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 6 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine cheese, dill, and lemon juice; sprinkle over fish. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
