Bacon Cheeseburger "Nachos"

Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp salt-free Montreal steak seasoning
- 4 bell peppers (any color), sliced or quartered
- 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup chopped dill pickle chips
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and wipe skillet clean.
- Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange peppers, cut sides up, on a greased foil-lined baking sheet; top with beef mixture, bacon, and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top nachos with pickles. Stir together mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir in slaw. Spoon over nachos.
