Garlic-Butter Steak Bites
Roasted Potato Wedges and Steamed Broccoli
Ingredients
- ¾ lb (2-inch-thick) boneless beef sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (3.5-oz) stick garlic-and-herb butter, cubed
Instructions
- Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Cook steak, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until browned on all sides.
- Return all steak to skillet. Add butter; toss until butter is melted.

- ½ (22-oz) pkg frozen red potato wedges
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook potatoes according to package directions.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
