Garlic-Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb (2-inch-thick) boneless beef sirloin steak
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (3.5-oz) stick garlic-and-herb butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes. Cook steak, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until browned on all sides.
  2. Return all steak to skillet. Add butter; toss until butter is melted.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (22-oz) pkg frozen red potato wedges
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Steam broccoli according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
