Ravioli with Creamy Spinach

Ingredients
- ½ (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ (8.5-oz) jar thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained (reserve oil for another use)
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain well.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add spinach, cream cheese, and cream. Cook, stirring often, until spinach wilts and cheese is melted.
- Stir in tomatoes and pasta. Cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
