Philly Cheesesteak-Topped Hamburger Steaks
Garlic Crinkle-Cut FriesIngredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- ½ Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beef and seasoning; shape mixture into 3 patties. Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet; place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Wipe skillet clean.
- Melt butter in same skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spoon bell pepper mixture over burgers; top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, horseradish, parsley, and lemon zest. Serve sauce with burgers.

- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Melt butter, parsley, and garlic in a small bowl in microwave at HIGH 30 seconds to 1 minute. Drizzle over fries, and toss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
