Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz) pkg already-rolled-out bakery pizza dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, quartered
  • 1½ cups chopped pineapple
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Press dough onto a lightly greased large rimmed baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on dough, leaving a 1-inch border; sprinkle with red pepper. Top with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, pineapple, onion, and cheeses.
  2. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheeses are melted. Cut into squares to serve.
