Cheesy Stroganoff Tortellini
Balsamic Browned Butter Green BeansIngredients
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1¾ cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add flour, onion powder, and garlic powder; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually stir in broth, and cook until thickened. Stir in sour cream and tortellini; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam green beans according to package directions; place in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook 3 minutes or until browned and smells nutty, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar.
- Pour over green beans; toss. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
