Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 2 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cover to keep warm in pot.
- Meanwhile, heat bacon, in batches if needed, in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or just until crisp, turning once. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Add cream cheese and broth to skillet; cook over medium heat 3 minutes or until saucy and thickened, stirring often. Add to pasta in pot, stirring to coat. Stir in spinach and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Stir in half of bacon; sprinkle with remaining bacon. Serve warm or at room temperature.
