Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 1¾ cups 1% low-fat milk
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ½ cup coarely chopped pecans (preferably toasted)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl; cover and chill overnight.
  2. Divide pudding among 4 small bowls; sprinkle with nuts.
