Gingerbread Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 1¾ cups 1% low-fat milk
- ¼ cup molasses
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ cup coarely chopped pecans (preferably toasted)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl; cover and chill overnight.
- Divide pudding among 4 small bowls; sprinkle with nuts.
