Bacon and 2-Cheese Grilled Cheese
Crispy Potato Chips and Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Top half of bread slices with 1 slice mozzarella, 3 slices bacon, and 1 slice Cheddar. Cover with remaining bread slices.
- Spread softened butter on outsides of sandwiches. Cook sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.

- ½ (8.5-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 (1-lb) container deli fruit salad
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve chips and fruit on each plate.
