Creamy Alfredo Sausage Tortellini
Balsamic Roasted BroccoliIngredients
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 (16-oz) pkg ground mild Italian sausage
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (16-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp dried basil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, if needed and return to skillet.
- Add tomatoes, Alfredo sauce, broth, and basil; cook over medium-low heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add tortellini; toss, and sprinkle with Parmesan.

- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place broccoli florets on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic powder; drizzle over broccoli. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until broccoli is browned and tender.
