Ingredients

  • 2 lb flank steak
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place steak in a large zip-top plastic bag. Stir together vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice; pour over steak. Seal bag, and chill at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
  3. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Grill steak, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook green beans in boiling water to cover in a saucepan 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain; rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in beans. Sprinkle with cilantro. Chill until ready to serve.
