Balsamic-Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 2 lb flank steak
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place steak in a large zip-top plastic bag. Stir together vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice; pour over steak. Seal bag, and chill at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat; remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Grill steak, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
- 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans in boiling water to cover in a saucepan 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain; rinse under cold water to cool.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in beans. Sprinkle with cilantro. Chill until ready to serve.
