Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken breast fillets, sliced (see Note)
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing, divided
- 6 tandoori flatbreads (or use pita bread)
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 6 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until starting to brown, about 3 minutes.
- Add ½ cup dressing to skillet, reduce heat to medium, and cook 4 minutes or until chicken is browned and done. Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, heat flatbreads according to package directions. Fill with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Drizzle each wrap with 2 tsp dressing.

- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, quartered

- Whisk together vinegar and honey in a large bowl. Add berries; toss.
