Ingredients
- 12 oz ziti
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup frozen green peas
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well and place in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken, and cook 5 minutes or until browned. Add tomato sauce, cream, seasoning, and garlic powder; cook, stirring occasionally until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in peas.
- Add chicken mixture to pasta mixture; toss and serve immediately.
