Ham, Cheese, and Broccoli Pastry
Crispy Potato Chips and Fruit SaladIngredients
- ½ (8-oz) carton chive and onion cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 (8-oz) pkg diced cooked ham, drained
- ½ (17.3-oz) box frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together cream cheese, Cheddar, and mustard in a large bowl. Add broccoli and ham, stir until blended.
- Unfold puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface; roll into a 15- x 12-inch rectangle.
- Mound ham mixture down center third of pastry sheet, leaving a 1-inch border on each end; fold ends over filling.
- Fold sides of pastry over filling to completely enclose filling.
- Place pastry, seam side down, on a greased baking sheet. Cut 2-inch slits down center of pastry to allow steam to escape. Brush top with beaten egg.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden brown. Cool slightly; slice to serve.

- 1 (1-lb) container deli fruit salad
