Sheet-Pan Barbecue Spaghetti Pizza
Fruity Mixed Greens and Coleslaw Salad
Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghetti, broken
- 1 large egg
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ⅔ cup barbecue sauce, divided
- ¼ lb pulled barbecue pork
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Whisk egg in a large bowl. Add pasta and ½ cup mozzarella; stir until blended. Spread in a lightly greased 9-inch baking pan, pressing down gently. Bake 15 minutes.
- Spread ½ cup sauce over pasta. Top with pork and 1 cup mozzarella; drizzle with remaining sauce.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until top is bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
