Sheet-Pan Barbecue Spaghetti Pizza

Fruity Mixed Greens and Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 oz spaghetti, broken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ⅔ cup barbecue sauce, divided
  • ¼ lb pulled barbecue pork
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Whisk egg in a large bowl. Add pasta and ½ cup mozzarella; stir until blended. Spread in a lightly greased 9-inch baking pan, pressing down gently. Bake 15 minutes.
  3. Spread ½ cup sauce over pasta. Top with pork and 1 cup mozzarella; drizzle with remaining sauce.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until top is bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ (9-oz) pkg premium romaine salad
  • 1 (8-oz) can pineapple tidibits, drained
  • ½ (2.5-oz) pkg real bacon pieces
  • 1 small Honeycrisp apple, chopped
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
