Black Bean Fiesta Tostadas

Ingredients
- 12 tostada shells
- 2 (15-oz) cans low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
- ¾ tsp ground cumin
- 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 romaine lettuce heart, sliced
- ¾ cup vegan sour cream
Instructions
- Heat tostada shells and beans separately according to package directions. Stir cumin into beans. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Spread guacamole on tostadas. Top with beans, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, lettuce, and sour cream.
