Mini Sausage-Spinach Flatbreads

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground sweet Italian sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (5-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 (15-oz) pkg already rolled out bakery pizza dough
- 1 (16-oz) pkg whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh oregano, stems removed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook sausage, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly. Gradually add spinach, stirring until wilted.
- Meanwhile, roll out dough into a 20-inch round on a lightly floured surface. Cut dough into 3-inch rounds and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
- Divide sausage mixture and cheese among dough rounds. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden brown. Sprinkle with oregano.
