Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) round brie cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup pecan halves
  • 3 Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 1 (8.8-oz) pkg Biscoff cookies
  • 1 (5.3-oz) pkg salty date and almond crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut top rind off cheese; discard rind. Place cheese, rind-side-down on a small parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is heated.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar and maple syrup, stirring until sugar is melted.
  3. Add nuts to saucepan, and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until nuts are toasted and mixture is thickened.
  4. Spoon nut mixture over warm cheese. Serve with apple slices, cookies, and crackers.
