Alfredo Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bow-tie pasta
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen sweet peas
- ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 2 (16-oz) jars Alfredo sauce
- 3 cups shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 (6-oz) pkg finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas, carrots, and bell pepper during last 3 minutes. Drain.
- Heat Alfredo sauce in same pot until thoroughly heated; stir in pasta mixture. Add chicken. Season generously with salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with cheese.
