Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless chuck roast, trimmed and cut into chunks
- 1 (14.5-oz) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (1.5-oz) pouch beef stew seasoning mix
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a greased 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until beef is tender.

- 2 (4.1-oz) pouches four-cheese pasta
- 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots
- 3 Tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook carrots in boiling water to cover 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook 2 minutes or until butter begins to brown, stirring constantly.
- Add carrots, salt, and pepper to skillet; sauté 3 minutes.
