Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (8-oz) pouch tinga cooking sauce (see Note)
  • 4 tostada shells, heated
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 1 small avocado, chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook onion in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. Stir in chicken and tinga sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  2. Divide chicken mixture among tostadas. Top with radish, avocado, cheese, and, if desired, cilantro.
