Chicken Tinga Tostadas

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup diced onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (8-oz) pouch tinga cooking sauce (see Note)
- 4 tostada shells, heated
- 1 radish, sliced
- 1 small avocado, chopped
- ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cook onion in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. Stir in chicken and tinga sauce; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Divide chicken mixture among tostadas. Top with radish, avocado, cheese, and, if desired, cilantro.
