Horseradish Burger Lettuce Wraps
Simple Zucchini and OnionIngredients
- 6 fresh plant-based burger patties
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup vegan sour cream
- 2 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Cook patties, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, and salt.
- Serve burgers on lettuce leaves with horseradish sauce and tomatoes.

- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 large zucchini, sliced
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until translucent but not browned. Add zucchini; cover and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
