Bacon-Wrapped Smoked Sausages

Ingredients
- 2 (13-oz) pkg beef smoked sausage links
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
- ¾ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut sausages into 1-inch pieces. Cut bacon slices crosswise into thirds. Wrap sausage pieces with bacon, securing with a wooden pick. Place on a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sausage is browned.
- Meanwhile, stir together barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika in a bowl. Serve with Bacon-Wrapped Smoked Sausages for dipping.
