Ingredients

  • 2 (13-oz) pkg beef smoked sausage links
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut sausages into 1-inch pieces. Cut bacon slices crosswise into thirds. Wrap sausage pieces with bacon, securing with a wooden pick. Place on a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and sausage is browned.
  3. Meanwhile, stir together barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika in a bowl. Serve with Bacon-Wrapped Smoked Sausages for dipping.
